Adding Deliverables and Requirements for Shortlisted Creators
1. Navigate to 'Shortlisted' Tab
2. Click on "Add deliverables"
3. Select a deliverable category from the dropdown menu.
4. Select a deliverable type from the dropdown menu
5. Select a quantity from the dropdown.
6. Click on "Add"
7. Click on "Add rights" if you wish to add content rights to the deliverable.
8. Select the duration of content rights from the dropdown menu.
9. Click on "Confirm" to save the content rights selection.
10. Click on "Remove", if you wish to remove a particular deliverable after adding them from the above steps.
11. Confirm the deletion of deliverable by selecting yes on the popup.
12. To ensure the creator focuses solely on your brand, check all four fields in this section to indicate your "Exclusivity" requirements.
13. Select a category for exclusivity from the dropdown.
14. Select the duration for deliverable exclusivity.
15. Select the type of exclusivity from the dropdown.
16. Choose the region where the exclusive rights to the deliverable will be applicable.
17. Please use the campaign timeline date picker to select the desired start and end dates for this campaign.
18. For additional creative details, and other enhancements, click on "create new brief".
19. Enter the brief name of the brand/product. Mention any other relevant brand/product information in the relevant fields.
20. Mention the key pointers which a creator should know while creating the content. Kindly mention all required creative requirements here, as requesting changes later, could lead to incorrect price quote by creator or campaign cancellation.
21. Enter the additional details as required and click on "create brief" button to complete brief creation.
22. Choose the creative brief by clicking on the select button. You also have the option to copy the same brief requirements to all other creators in the campaign who don't have their requirements defined yet, or just to all those who are shortlisted in this campaign.
23. Click on "Submit" button to complete the requirement addition process.
24. Congratulations!? Requirement addition process is completed succesfully.
